We build the world we live in. I don't think we've lived in the best version yet.
Apparently I'm in my projects era. I've always had a lot of ideas, but lately I've been working on bringing them to life.
My superpower is paying attention.
I like ideas before they're fully baked.
Right now, I'm learning whatever I need to learn to make a first version, get it out of my head, and put it somewhere somebody else can actually see, use, react to, or build on.
I don't need every project to become a company, or even a forever thing. I'm exploring what happens when I take an idea seriously enough to make it real.
Ultimately, in an ever-evolving world, I'm always looking for gaps, and other opportunities to build, shape, and refine where else we might explore. And I dig doing that with others.

My interests are incessant: wine, software, research, teaching, gatherings. I enjoy adding form to ambiguity, and finding clear signals in the midst of uncertainty.
CARTA is the map I wanted while learning wine. It connects places, grapes, people, producers, laws, practices, and history, then shows where those connections came from.

I make pour-overs every morning (light roasts, of course), I've been in a cookbook club with 6 friends for 7 years, and I dig listening to music whole albums at a time. You can find me at art galleries, live shows, community festivals, or going on long walks around any city I'm in.
What's got you stuck?
An idea you keep coming back to. A question without a neat answer. Something you want to make but haven't found the shape of yet. Something you've made some traction on, and could use another set of eyes, or hands...I love that stuff.
